SHIELD OUR HEROES
Project Shield Our Heroes
We’ve always had a rare ability to roll with the punches in challenging times. This time is no different. When Hurricane Katrina hit we battled back more courageously than ever. As COVID-19 strikes, we again respond with the same diligence as before. Our Project Shield Our Heros and #HeroShields initiative reflects another example of how we adapt and evolve to changing circumstances.
With a responsive shift in manufacturing efforts, we’ve re-purposed our in-house production to assemble high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE), particularly Face Shields against the spread of coronavirus. First, protect yourself. Then, pass along that optimism to others within your community. Friends. Relatives. Nurses. Cashiers. Clerks. Grocers. Pharmacists. Caregivers. Take a look around. Everyone’s in need. In challenging times, choose support. Choose to be fearless. Choose to pay it forward. Choose to Reshape the World as a hero. Donate or purchase at faceshield.com

Beginning in April 2020, we started designing and rapidly prototyping a face shield that is protective, reusable, easy to wear, durable and lightweight. We’ve retooled and re-engineered our production facility to enable us to produce thousands of Face Shields a day.
Here are some of the organizations that were impacted by PPE shortage.
They were first on our list to reach out to and donate Face Shields.
